Production scheduling that catches problems before your planner does.

You get a portal. Inside it, you build agents that connect to your ERP, your spreadsheets and your inbox, and take over the work your best people are too busy for. Scheduling is usually where a manufacturer starts.

What a scheduling agent does here.

Your planner already knows the schedule is fragile. What they cannot do is re-read every open order, every late purchase order and every machine's capacity each morning. Orbevo can. It reads the same ERP your team uses, compares promised dates against what the floor can really run, and flags the jobs that will slip. When it proposes a move, you see the reasoning and you approve it or you do not. Nothing changes in your system until you say so.

This is not another production scheduling tool with its own database to feed. Orbevo works on top of what you have, whether that is Infor, Epicor, NetSuite, or a very large spreadsheet.

It sees the work you repeat, and offers to take it.

Agents in your portal watch for the report you pull every week and the follow-up you send every Monday. When Orbevo spots one, it asks. Say yes and it becomes a routine you can see, pause, or hand to someone else.

Built for privately held manufacturers.

Orbevo builds for privately held manufacturers and distributors, from a handful of people to about five hundred, running an ERP alongside spreadsheets and email. The decision usually sits with an owner or a COO. Every agent is custom-built on top of the systems you already run and operated from your own portal, so nothing is bought off the shelf and nothing leaves your cloud. If you have an internal AI team and a twelve-month procurement cycle, we are probably not your fit.

Scheduling is one agent.

Most manufacturers start with scheduling because the pain is daily and the win is fast. The same portal then builds whatever comes next. A sales forecasting agent that reads quotes and order history. A supplier chaser that follows up on late purchase orders. A quality agent that pulls your SPC data into a morning summary. You are not buying an application. You are getting a place where your company builds its own.

Straight answers.

Is Orbevo production scheduling software?
No. Orbevo is a portal where your company builds AI agents and connects them to the systems you already run. A scheduling agent is usually the first one a manufacturer builds, and it works on top of your existing ERP or scheduling tool rather than replacing it.
We already have an MRP. What does Orbevo add?
Your MRP holds the data. Orbevo reads it, watches it, and acts on it with your approval: spotting the orders that will slip, chasing the late supplier, drafting the report your planner builds by hand. You keep the MRP. You stop doing its homework.
Does this work for master production scheduling and planning, or only the daily floor schedule?
Both. An agent can read the master schedule and the demand plan and flag where capacity and promised dates disagree weeks out, and a second agent can watch the daily sequence. They live in the same portal and read the same data.
How does a small manufacturer do this without a full ERP upgrade?
You do not upgrade anything. Orbevo connects to the ERP, spreadsheets and email you have today. Companies from a handful of people to several hundred run on it. If an owner or COO can make the decision, you are the right size.
Is Orbevo a copilot or plant-wide assistant over our ERP?
That is the closest off-the-shelf description. The difference is that Orbevo is not one assistant. It is a portal where your company builds as many agents as it needs, each reading your ERP, MES and spreadsheets, each acting only after a person approves.
What does the AI actually do to our systems?
Nothing without approval. Every proposed action is shown to a person in the portal with its reasoning. You approve it, change it, or deny it. Once you trust a routine you can let it run on its own and review the log instead.
Where does our data live?
In your cloud. Orbevo connects to your systems; it does not take a copy to train on or store elsewhere.
