We share it only with infrastructure providers who process it on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law. Amazon and other connected accounts
When you connect an Amazon Selling Partner account, we access your selling data only after you authorize it through Amazon's official flow, and only the minimum needed for the features you use (e.g., orders, inventory, pricing, financials, reports). We do not access shopper personal information. This data is used solely to provide the service to your organization, is never sold or shared across customers, and is handled in accordance with Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy and applicable regional regulations.
Retention and deletion
Personal data from a connected account is deleted or anonymized when you disconnect the service or close your account. Non-personal data is not retained beyond 18 months unless legally required.
How we protect it
We use encryption, least-privilege access controls, and multi-factor authentication on administrative systems, supported by trusted infrastructure providers who process data only on our behalf.
